From the Video cannot determine if FSD or Auto Pilot is engaged. But after the U Turn most likely he is still in manual control mode.

Is there any more news if auto pilot or FSD is engaged when this happened?

In Taiwan is there FSD already?

looks like software bug, that cause the car to apply max power/speed, and the driver can no longer control.
