Thanks. I saw it.

My Mazda 3 has blinking istop but no other symptoms of faulty capacitor such as rpm moving up/down, car vibration during idle. Battery also quite new 1 year 2 months only. Don’t want to go and change capacitor for $1k plus when it’s not the problem. Haiz not sure what to do…

No need lah,any mileage above 100,000Km,99% they will said i-Eloop gone.

@ER-3682 my diagnostic report was printout...showing weak capacitor. That's why i change . The car like new, and super smooth. No regret.

If you switch off istop (press and hold istop button) does it still blink? Imo if no other symptoms I would just ignore it.

Still blink. But car drives perfectly. Will just ignore

@Fitmugen if your car left 3 yrs better change...can stall at traffic lights, vibration alot and move off sluggish..not worth the risk for 2k

My Mazda3 (2016 model) recently kind of stall when trying to accelerate from 60km/h to higher speed ~80-100km/h

When i send to workshop, the mechanic mentioned the capacitor is faulty. The cost ~$2400.

Any Mazda owners facing this issue. Is the pricing reasonable and any good workshop to recommend?

Common Issue,last known Price should be around $1,800.00.
