In my previous company, maybe small listed company but I still need to get my FC, CFO signatures before I can spend. Millions?? I will be grilled for months by different ppl....

It is normal to seek pre-approval before any spending.

For a million, you need to make a presentation for your case. 

Unlikely CFO has the authority to approve beyond 1m.

For Keppel FEL, it is whether you want to do business in Brazil.

If yes, you have to bribe.

So much about anti corruption reputation. I am seriously worried about our current gov. Own self check ownself, even when kenna caught by others, nothing happens?

Even if u take the stance that bribery is unavoidable doing business, shouldn’t we actually punish the people involved once they are caught? 
even Korea do jail their ceo, president. These people are just civil servants

Maybe involves big shots? Just guessing, personally view, not base on fact or I am accusing anyone else later kena pofma or whatever.:D
