This is might make sense to revitalise Puteri Harbour. A lot of shops have closed in the area where Jen Hotel is. I think only Starbucks left.

Nobody will go there after closure of Thomas and Kitty.

It was mostly closed even when thomas and kitty were there. I went in like 2017 with my friends.
