If even after life and death still continue workaholic, then i do not pity these people if they really drop dead at work. I always find life is not about work work work. This is why i can never reach boss level, only can stay at low level for my entire work life. 😂

It is true that life is not about work work work.  It is more to that.

But work work work also will not promote a person. It is not about work, but about creating and bringing value.

Those who reach boss level are not solely based on hard work. It is because they manage to create and bring their value to the table where those values usually align with the company objectives and goals.

If you are a massage therapist then work 4 days means having one day less customers and less revenue.

But if you are an office worker and like many office workers around the world

clock watching and waiting for 5.30 pm

and you already stop working at 4.30 and now just surfing net or coming to MCF

then 4 day week doesn't affect your work at all.

and then pretend to look busy!

and your job is to take calls from people that want to kill themselves.

And your boss ask you if you are busy and you say no.

Well management won't be very happy will they?

They don't like people at work doing nothing.

Some cannot stand it.

Secondary students now still need to go back sch for CCA conducted on Sat morning? I remember last time they need to go to sch for 5.5 days per week lo.

My current retirement job in school. 😉

My ideal working days are Mon & Tuesday, Thursday & Friday with Wednesday Off . 😁

Or just Monday to Thursday ........

4-day work week is good for you if you are a massage therapist. Because people got more free time to go for massage!  More income for you.

 

Hmm... or is it the other way round? 4-day work week means less excuse for people to say "doing overtime at the office, stuck at meeting", less chance to sneak off for spa massage after work.
