Several elderly people were spotted braving the rain to collect their CDC vouchers physically from Bukit Panjang CC. Expand My father is able to transit but sometimes still need our help or his group of friends' help. Although he is Chinese educated he is able to use his smartphone with the language setting set to Chinese. I think having friends of the same age helps. Expand The idea for cdc is to spend on necessities. Giving cash means one could spend on other things or give to tkb. I may be wrong but printing more money could lead to inflation but I guess many merchants are jacking prices up when they know people can use cdc.
