Cam car must be sai almost cum out. I hate drivers who have bad habit of stopping their cars in reverse gear to wait or settle stuffs and stunt like this will happen half the time.

When car stops at such situation, must engage the hand brake. This owner must forgot that the car is in reverse gear. Then when he release the brake, the car rolls down.

I mean, you guys always say this, but if you scan the plates daily you will notice that there is no fine given until MONTHS later.

Which means the dick driver is still out there on the road (pending investigation) for the next few months at least.

Unless there is death involve in such incidents, there probably won't be a direct suspension of the driving license. And even having said so, dick drivers are dick drivers - suspension so what? Doesn't prohibit me from getting into a vehicle and operating it what! Not like I'm jailed right away on the same night and stopped from driving for the next 3 months...

So don't say until like "orh hor, wa he sure kenna jialat jialat! He die ah! for sure!" - because it doesn't work that way. Not even karma works that fast.

Our justice system is flawed and broken - acts that should be jailed immediately are left to cook on the pot and stew for months. There is no gratifying "immediate justice" per se.

SINGAPORE: A 61-year old man and his 28-year-old son will be charged in court on Wednesday (May 11) for their suspected involvement in an incident involving a Bentley at Red Swastika School at the start of the year.

LoL...everyone thought the skinny woman with the driver is the wife....which turns out is his 28yo son.

 

The older man will be charged with a rash act causing hurt, and for driving a vehicle without insurance coverage.

Chey...hit the face until it is swollen to look fat.

His son, the owner of the car, will be charged with altering the vehicle's license plate number and allowing another person to use a vehicle without insurance coverage. 

These ppl want to do smth bad also fail. Facepalm.

Self serving fools.

One of our fellow MFCers can advise them about retesting for a new driving licence after 12 month suspension....

Article didn't say the 28 y.o. is the front passenger though

Think the son is not the front passenger lah.. the son is charged with modifying plate and allowing ah pa to drive without insurance. The front passenger action seems not chargeable.
