For things that are really small, i end up just taking off my glasses and putting my face very near. If you find a supplement that really helps our similar condition, do share also. Tkseah Turbocharged April 30, 2022 Share April 30, 2022 Supplements can at best slow down the degradation of eyesight, it won't cure or reverse the degradation.

Cataract operation will replace your cloudy lens with an artificial lens. Anything you want also can except for x-ray eyes. Etnt Turbocharged April 30, 2022 Share April 30, 2022 IMO, just handle it with grace all these age related issues and find ways to make it more bearable/comfortable and move on. That's why I say progressive lens, as things will seems more or less "normal" after. Not sure about the rest, but I find that my night vision also became bad, but this one I cannot find any way to mitigate besides changing lifestyle. Nowadays seldom go out at night unless necessary. ↡ Advertisement
