Feel sad for the kid to have such cheapskate mother. Imagine the daughter's embarrassment when this news spread among her social circle.

Just take it as a hard lesson and learn from it if the daughter overspent. But the mother is teaching wrong value that when a mistake is made, creating a big drama on social media is the solution to push the blame to others.

Bought 2 glasses of cold drinks, a rose syrup and ice milo kosong at a Jurong east central coffee shop during lunch , total $4.80 !!! Thought the cash register got some problems.

The rose syrup drink is basically just cordial concentrate plus water and ice.

4.80 you get 2 litre of syrup. Can make to your heart's content sugar drink!

If order expensive ingredient. 

Then need to expect market rate charges.

If want to avoid high pricing then should just order stir fry La La🤣

Àlso easier to eat then crabs 🤣 

It's like complaining the 300g A5 wagyu cost $300..... Cannot expect price same as 300g Striploin at $30.😅

Making ice cost more 😅

Thought average should be like $1.80 range?

Only those near private estate and new housing estates will have such price. 

New estate coffee shop bid the monthly rate at $50-60k per month then must pass on cost to stall owner..... then to patrons. 

Near private estate then no need to say already.... Knife blade usually very sharp 🤣.

any drinks with ice will be expensive. I think the ice milo is typically around $2.40 at coffee shop. 

This is why i order only hot drinks  in SG.
