I like this!

Performance bad that's totally due to external enviroment. Performance good that's 100% attributed to good management.

So everything will be too expensive

and then we will be hit by a recession

and I will lose my job.

:D

Something to look forwards to I guess.

Yeah when cars and property are cheap

I will have no job and no income so cannot buy.

:D

Haiz the rich people will have free cash and buy at fire sales prices.

I should have gone into politics to get rich

and always be right and know every thing!

Everything that happens I will say - its not unexpected.

In a way, it is quite true for a service based economy.

We can’t “manufactured” out of recession.

Unlike Taiwan.

If nothing can be done about high inflation

then why even tell us about it.

Nothing can be done right?

Not only ActiveSG gyms, many other gyms when it comes to the free weights areas, the regulars always act like the area belong exclusively for them to use.

yup. And actually quite a substantial percentage of these gym nuts are juiced. So it's not surprising to see male dominance/aggressive behaviour (even if in singapore, it's passive aggressive).

With an ageing population, expenses is going up.

There are not many lever to generate more income.

In a manufacturing-based economy, increase in GDP = increase in profit = more tax revenue.

We have a very small manufacturing here.
