even that happen, the investigation results would definitely fault the pest, that won't change anything,

unless you wanted to say one of the pest slam into some super white, then may be....

Maybe the gov should consider setting up separate PMD charging point somewhere near the voiddeck. No PMD should be brought beyond ground floor.
