  Haizzz need so many ppl to "talk" to a pest? No need to waste time on pest, after a few warnings, if the pest still dun behave, just pin him down n arrest. 

Dump him in the cell and let him decide whether to cool down.

Technically if the law can say the enforcement office didn't kick the person, but kick the equipment....🤔
