Based on GE2020, Sembawang has better results than TP.

Even Jalan Besar better than TP.

Ng CM can definitely be transferred to another safe haven if the party still want him. They can even parachute some other big guns into SK last minute if really want to win it back. But there's honestly not many big guns to spread around as they're needed in their home ground to ensure 4G leadership team transition. Maybe HSK can drop in last minute and help with the Sengkang Plan LOL
