I remember in some countries, it's the vulture version. They just leave the body out in the open field and let the vultures feast on the body. No waste and helps feed the big birds.

Yes. And in places like Tibet, the body won't decompose naturally - too cold too dry. Needs help from the vultures.

Actually the Parsi’s (Zoarastrian’s) also practice this but quite difficult as they are all far flung over the world

Very good idea. But I think they also need to see the cause of death. Definitely cannot select the ones with infection disease or those missing body parts or mangled bodies.

yes, you can, pledge it under MTERA. It would be a very noble thing to do

On a more serious note I know of 4 people whom have opted for body donation to Science …..in my community

i know of one dr from singhealth who also donated to nus when he passed on a few years ago🙏🏾
