Useless Biden'' administration cost Ukrainian some missed opportunities. Personally think the pursuit of the retreating Russian in the later part of 2022 was a golden opportunity to end the war in 2022. Those russian commanders and soldiers were dumb then. The multi layers fortification in Kherson, Zaporizhzhia weren't built yet.

Back in Primary school as a young student, the social studies teacher asked what will happen if we are invaded when we are doing NS.

She said we just have to hold the invaders at bay till US come to our aid.

A fellow classmate asked “Why should the US come?”

She replied because we are friends and member of the FPDA

Subsequently, it was uncomfortable when I hear of SG troops training in Hainan to replace Taiwan’s Heng Chun and Mei Ling as ideologies don’t mix, and having to abandon Taiwan seem like a betrayal.

Later in life, I realised much silly ideologies and beliefs stemmed from misguided opinions back then.

Recalibration was needed, and verifying words against deeds become a much needed tool, not just in daily dealings, but also an effective method to view the world, not withstanding taking the effort to understand historical context before making a judgement.

Looks like Trump is the man to please. As USA and Ukraine are closing in to sign the rare earth deal after, Putin gan cheong, also wants to offer USA the Rare Earth they controlled in Ukraine. 

Wonder how those hardcore Russian who wants to nuke USA will feel?
