KH ditching Blinken and Jake Sullivan is a good start.  Being "invisible or non existing" during Biden has distance herself from this administration.

Ukraine has new missile. Hopefully it rivals the Storm Shadow, then they don't need other people's permission to use. 😬

It's unimaginable that they somehow still have the industrial ability to produce such a sophisticated item.

Im guessing it contains military grade GPS components of US origins. 🤔

During press conference a lot of power talk, but behind the scenes, scared of Putin's red line. Even the delay of F16 approval, deliveries and training are all becoz of these bozos administration.

because of this

UK has nothing left in the tank and now a US puppet, and not able to act without support of their kindred ally

Russia stupid bomb apartments and markets

and never bomb their factories.

Don't want to say too much and give Russia good ideas.

Also not many people know Ukraine are experts in aviation and arms.

The world's biggest plane is made in Ukraine and Bayraktar is jointly made with Turkey.

It's a huge country. The war only affects a small portion of territory near the borders. Life in major cities like Kiev still goes on as per normal. People who are not in the military will go to work in office, go school, go for vacations. We can also still go there for vacation as part of europe tour [laugh] The borders are not sealed.

So the weapons factories and manufacturing - located in the safer western part of ukraine far from borders - still run like normal except ramped up production.

Nowadays not like 2nd world war, not so easy to penetrate through air defences to carpet bomb these weapons factories. Cruise missile only do limited blast damage , doesn't really knock out the factories.

Carpet bombing is outdated.

It takes too much resources to achieve military objective.

The Ukrainian are destroying alot of bridges around Kursk. Seems like they are cutting off Russians supplies and reinforcement into Kursk.

Please don't say we bias against Russia!

I quote Russia side.

Russia says all the drones were shot down and no oil depots were hit!

See this is fire of the shot down burning drones!

Not that I don't support Ukraine.

But red lines with a nuclear superpower is a real thing. There should be caution and more caution.

The truth is that even if Russia nuke kyiv, or even more likely use a tactical nuke on a fortified Ukraine border stronghold. You think France, Britain and USA will dare to nuke Russian cities?

The answer is a big fat no. Cos that would mean the end of western civilization and a retaliatory strike against them.

That's why got so many T&C for everything.

Jiak popcorn and watch the show also got a limit.

It's the same with Russia too. Putin might be a tyrant, but he's not crazy enough to actually launch a nuke. There'd also be safety controls as well, similar to the US, to prevent rogue individuals from launching nukes.

And last of all, even if the leader is crazy enough, cooler and more rational heads will most likely make personal decision to disobey.

That should set off a global race for everyone to get some nukes. And the world will be a more peaceful place thereafter.

Might not be a bad development. Unless you are the poor soldiers in the trenches that kena nuked.

There is an escalation hierarchy. But the problem is that once the major rate limiting step is broken, it's potentially irreversible.

When the world's premier defence industrial complex is being actively limited by their govt to have t&c usage. This is an industry who can't wait to test out their products in open warfare.

Its very clear that they are trying to keep it a limited war within Ukraine borders.

You would think that this caution is wise. But yet people here think there's need for less caution?

I agree if you have enemies then nukes bestest deterrence. Mearshimer already warned that once Iran reaches nuclear capable. Israel will launch pre emptive strike.

Bilahari in a podcast 1-2 months back recently said he also sees this as high probability.

You can argue that the story line in top gun maverick is potentially what the Israelis are surely planning already.

The balance is delicate. Thankfully asean is nuclear weapon free zone.

Putin is more interested in gaining  foot hold of his Easten Ukraine advances. The Kursk incursion is unlikely to trigger Putin red line, as of now he hardly moved any of the Russian armies from the Donesk region to Kursk, but instead intensifying Russian advancement in East. Like the Niu York front which Ukraine going to lose totally. He main focus is still the East Ukraine.

PS ,I not thinker, Geopolitics noob. I just based my opinions by closely watching the frontlines changes and movement of troops.

Too bad Sweden doesn't have long range missiles to give, coz now even Storm Shadow by UK needs USA green light.
