Not a military expert, but I think Zelensky is asking their partners for this capabilities and permission to strike at Russia military targets inside Russia. Specifically are targets with bombers TU-xx firing KH101 that strike  the children hospital.

The next peace summit, both Zelensky and Olaf Scholz said they want Russia involvement. The way I see, and the damaged from the lack ammunition resulting the fall of Avdiivka, very hard to recover. Frontline since then had been unfavorable for Ukraine. Every where , the defense is collapsing.

Helicopter in Bali Crashes After Getting Entangled in Kite Strings

According to The Jakarta Post, the helicopter was carrying 5 people, 2 Australians and 3 Indonesians when the incident occurred. I Nyoman Sidakarya, an official with the Denpasar Search and Rescue Agency, said that the helicopter took off at 2:33 pm from the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) area for a tour around Bali. However, the chopper crashed five minutes into the ride at a limestone cliff in Pecatu Village. Thankfully, all five people onboard survived the crash.
