Hmm bit different lah. The men in Afghanistan lot of them work for the occupied forces previously mah.

Taliban don't care about women also lah. To them women are like dogs lol.

Not enough first aid kits, conscript are told what to bring including tampon.. This one must ask the doc here, @Lala81, Is tampon really can be used for bullet wound like she said. Just stuff it into the bullet hole and it expand. Time from 1:05

Afghanistan is old news. Americans rather forget about it lol. Especially the Republicans who manufactured the whole premise of the continuation of the war beyond Osama.

Err it just absorbs blood and act like any other gauze. If it's capillary/venous oozing then a tamponade or local pressure effect will eventually stop the bleeding.

If you have your artery clipped, u will still die unless a surgeon clamps then ties off the spurter.

Honestly if u have a spurter, I no surgical training I also can't help you. I don't like this type of high pressure situations. That's why I'm a gp. Not smart enough to do the brainy stuff. Not confident enough (and have good hands) to do surgery.

Unless you are Rambo.. Use fire to burn the wound.. Mortal like us probably will die from the burn wound.

Well the surgeons use electrocautery to stop small vessel oozing. Haha but a rifle round usually does lot more damage inside cos of the kinetic energy and spiraling tunneling effect. One round can cause serious damage. Thats why usually the outcome is just death lol.
