Clearly Crimea is no longer under the control of UKR, for the separatist republics that joined the russia federation, let UKR go grab it if they have the ability.

Just like UKR had no ability to defend those republics against internal and external forces.

To orchestrate the move to such a deadlock, its the fault of the elected leaders, and also some citizens who supported such leaders.

This is a hindsight opinion, but a visionary leader does not bring their country to this position in the first place.

With the loss of Viktor Yanukovych, Crimea was invaded and Ukrainian East rebelled.

I don't know how this is related to SCS.

Moreover, there is ASEAN + PRC discussion on SCS.  Even though ASEAN doesn't have a consensus (due to PRC influence).

Due to the ever-present of PLACG + PLAAF in SCS, it makes our CAAS job harder.
