This war has seen the importance of adaptation while a war is ongoing. We definitely need alot of hands on technical people in the army. We have seen drones being developed with new capabilities. Repurpose mortar munition, RPG muniton and grenade for drones. Those poly and ITE lecturers and graduates would be very useful in times like this for adaptation. Even Russia has adapted to drone warfare quickly. Their lancet loitering drone is once such development which i think is ahead of Ukraine's FPV drones. Currently with lack of arty ammo, Ukraine is using more FPV drones to compensate. Should have retreat when they lost a large part of Kharkiv and Kherson which they gained. Should have just go home, when they realised Ukraine is not like other nation they had annexed without much resistance. Russia doesn't need extra land or resources, they don't need more population.
