Really something very wrong, if there is no accident ahead, how come need to take 15 mins to enter KPE? Lol.

Same like every late afternoon to evening, CTE tunnel until jalan bahagia that stretch, always super slow moving traffic and there is no accident or road works ahead. Also dont understand why?

Same problem.  A lot of ppl are not driving at speed limit.

because it's design with a downslope , supposed to enter fast, but keep having accidents in the end keep putting notice drive slow, keep in lane or something like this. Airport road also a choke point. The other one will be PIE, if not will be smooth traffic throughout

I disagreed here faulting the drivers.

You have two entry points with vehicles filtering to the right onto aye. And one row of vehicles filtering left to exit Alexandra at the same times! All within 100 metres distance gap. 

How can it be drivers incapability.

I believe this design is not unique to Singapore.

A lot of times, it is drivers not entering expressway at expressway speed.

That choke up the Q behind.

Forgot how was previous traffic flow in CBD? But current traffic flow in CBD also quite heavy and jam, esp during the morning and evening peak.
