If no time must rush to work etc yeah need better location. 

If no need to work size and good surrounding environment are all that matter!

If they convert it to public park definitely is good. But high chance they will build buildings. You see many of the forest and green space also clear to build buildings.

Agreed. Those people always wait unit last min then leave house for work etc, indeed must stay near MRT, so that no need to waste additional time taking bus to MRT. 😂

No need location la. Those rich people who stay in few millions landed/condo, their location also ‘ulu’ and not near to MRT and main road. 😂

And not everyone in the household get to drive hor.

This Chencharu location they also did not spare and build HDB there. Looks like no more green and empty space liao.

Gillman Barracks area another location will be developed into HDB. Coming locations like Mount Pleasant, Keppel, Pearl's Hill and Bayshore also build HDB.

Used to have some hdb blocks here. All bulldozed quite some time ago.

Those hdb should tear down la, quite old liao. Also they need to build this JRL, so need to give way also.

Teban gardens long time don’t have new hdb. Last time was in 2015. This place should become better when the JRL is open with faster connection to JE MRT.
