Good ah....hopefully property prices drop as much as 12% too...then time to huaattt ahhh..:yeah-im-not-drunk:...or ohhh, better to wait, maybe will drop somemore...

Units facing MRT would be very noisy esp when then MRT line is above ground. Need to pay a price for convenience.

Yes at minimum before you see any structures up. 
I guess half of the people here will be dead anyway!
and likely MCF will also be gone. So say what you want and like. No one and Nothing to refute🤣

Exactly, need to be few blocks away and get side facing away from mrt track/station. There are also some condos that are similar beside station and track. Those low floor units no different from staying in poor slums everyday hear train track noise.

I won’t live to see this simi sai long island.

Even the jurong lake district say very long liao and until now still haven’t see anything built in lake area there.

Even unit facing side and away, if the cluster is very near to the mrt station and track, still able to hear the mrt sound lo.

That’s why if want quietness, then no choice but have to be far from mrt.
