It takes 20 years to go from 3m to 3.5m.

Meanwhile, PR grew by 0.2m over 20 years.

I wonder how long it takes to grow by double

Simi view...? Only 50% of the point blocks have sea view...lower floor ones only can see trees...i tink all in the low blocks and road facing point blocks with no eye see view yet cum with the noise and dust want to en bloc...😅

Aiya, sure cannot be all units have nice view lo. Esp if on lower floor, even unit facing sea view also cannot see any sea la. Same as HDB flat, many HDB also no view, mostly facing the other blk of HDB or facing the so called unblock view but infront is a road. Got view but noisy.

So, total foreign workforce is pretty similar these days as 2018, 5yrs, when excluding MDW and CMP-WP.

Who is going to rent all these apartments finished in 2023 and finishing in 2024 when, also, tfr is below 1.0? Today's Straits Times confirms condo rental volume for Feb'24 was already 12% below the five-year average.
