Thats why u always see prime bto always oversubscribed for the 5rm types. Many of them are trying their luck as 2nd timers.

However, tide has changed ever since introduction of PLH and later plus with 10yr MOP

But even not prime area, the price for those resale BTO also not cheap. Owner also gain a lot of profit selling their house. You see those 5-10 year old BTO which is not near to mrt, the price for a 4 rm flat also can fetch high $500k to $600k plus.

And for those resale BTO which is near to mrt but far from town, for a 3 rm flat can fetch $500k plus.

At this rate...i tink I ask my entire family clan all sell their own house to pool monie go rent b&w bangaolow betterer...take turn to stay indoor every month while the rests camp at the huge lawn area...maybe grow own walau cattle also...progression or regression...😂

Kou fu monthly rental is $121,392, so how much do they need to earn per day le?! No wonder nowadays foods at foodcourt price so ex.

Maybe Condo can consider sheltered swimming pool?

More public pools are having sheltered swimming pools, such as OTH, Bedok Heartbeat and Safra CCK. It can be a plus point, as more are wary about UV effects on their skin. Due to global warming, the weather is getting warmer. If there is a sheltered swimming pool for the condo residents, the usage hours will be improved.
