wonder when mine can sell for 1 mil.....if can, i will sell now, and downgrade to a 2 room rental flat....children all ask them to fend for themselves....hahahha

Bala curve will start to hit in the next 10-20years for our oldest flats.

 

*it will be the best liang teh ever…..surely affect other hdb resale prices as well as it will stoke fears of 99years depreciating asset lol

It's time to sell out and downgrade. They should thank their foresight to have purchased private properties long time ago.

In retirement when there’s no income and only expenses, a smaller house or HDB will be easier to manage…. 😅

Not working doesn't mean no income. Income includes investment returns. Non taxable too (at least for the time being).

usually these groups are greedy, want stay in higher end property and hope their private property pricing will keep going up and at the same time want to rip off all the money from the government.
