Any lobang for changing out the leather seats of a car?

Mr Yap(the boss I think) says if sponge is damaged, they will fix it. 

I suppose that means ripping off original worn leather

When the Mr Yap said repairing sponge, I'd guess it's already old fabric/leather ripped off

I'd definitely expect the shop to rip off the old fabric or leather and put in good new sponge if worn before rewrap with new leather.

They will remove the original fabric unless you specifically tell them not to I guess.

Try a few more shops and see which one you are more comfortable with.

Yep, that’s what Irene recommended me when I went to redo leather seats. No need full leather actually.
