Recently watched a disturbing sicko movie 'Mute' on Netflix...good acting from a few actors...lousy plot n tempo though

Had disturbed sleep that night...Doctor Strange was disappointing with lousy acting n poor casting but at least I could still sleep well...😅

yes, Brad Pitt part in the movie and end credits is funniest.

not only that, I remember few years ago some groups criticize Hollywood too many single race throughout the whole movies that may create tension amongst races. Thereafter they imposed such policy.

I find Hollywood's racial diversity mentality very weird. If they were to give important roles to non-whites they would fear nobody will want to watch the movie and yet they can produce so many movie flops. They are not afraid of the movie bomb at the box office but they are afraid of using racial diversity.

No lah...it's the typical Americano to lead the rests of the world on a mission to save the world from alien attacks or natural disasters...same old same old template...from ID4, Arrival, 2012, Deep Impact, armageddon...😁

i kind of enjoy doc strange. Some nice easter eggs from "what if".  Def the better ones after endgame. Strange will have a major role for Kang's arc. 

Mute is very boring. interesting at first but wen downhill very fast.... think i only managed like 20mins...

Had too high an expectation on Dr Strange...left disappointed with EO poor showing...she was ok in the Avengers becos of small focused role that brought out her best...this one with too much screen time made her appeared with same expressions throughout...slightly better in her humane self display than the villain self 

Not going there with that America gal in denim jacket n the illuminati guest appearances...🤦‍♂️

Since nothing to do today, decided to catch Top Gun 2 before the crowded weekend for this show.

First big difference from the first movie is the sound effect.  Back in 1986, the movies sound system were nothing compare to now, so finally today we have sound system that could give the audiences a really immense surround sound effect from the planes.

The story is good......maintained some of the vibes from the first movie plus more.  Shall not go deeper, otherwise spoiler.

As for the plane scenes, I think it has all.  Definitely far more depth and action than the first movie.

Overall, 9/10 for me........
