Aircon filter I thought easy to replace. LoL...I forgot Tesla is not the regular car maker. It is not behind the glove compartment like most cars. See video.

Link to buy filter... https://www.amazon.com/XTechnor-Filter-Activated-Conditional-Replacement/dp/B085HX67ZX/ref=as_li_ss_tl?dchild=1&keywords=model+3+cabin+filter&qid=1599149766&sr=8-3&linkCode=sl1&tag=model3ownersc-20&linkId=f2975b1a3990653c98932d511029db78&language=en_US

Wiper looks more straight forward.

Stock Tyre should be Cinturato P7 Elect.  Should be difficult to find EV version.

@Minikong I thought the user manual will mention what maintenance/servicing is needed and their schedules?

Actually I am also curious. What are the servicing required for ev.. and the kind of costs, since it is unlikely outside workshop can do the engine/mechanical parts.

Most likely it is in the Tesla app.

I think they will check the wear and tear parts. Given the car has regen function the brake pads do not wear out easily. What else can they do? Check aircon refrigerant pressure, tire pressure, check for leaks in the cooling system, brakes, suspension etc. Top your wiper fluid. Pretty simple stuff since it is an EV.
