This is totally excessive use of force - the perpetrator was armed with a bicycle lock, and the cop deigned it fit to take him down with an assault rifle and killed an innocent in the process?

the caller say the guy is arm with arms. and the police go in firing automatic weapon everywhere without checking

when in actual case the guy is only arm with a bike lock, he can be taken down with a taser easily.

See the video. So many police.. they dun even need to use weapon. Not even taser. So many of them.  Take out baton can overwhelm the guy with a bike chain easily.

But instead  the 1 to kill a girl is a police ...

I would say it is their chosen lifestyle which others didn't interfere. Gun ownership is the key issue there but that is what they wanted. Either you stay away if you feel this is not safe or you take that risk visiting them. Unlike them, we don't insist they follow us otherwise we bomb them.

US is like that. when got people really take gun shooting others, no mata around... this type of soft targets, got more firepower than last time my platoon combined...

this is in a departmental store. In China, will probably deploy drones with wide-angle 8k cams, to check out the whole place in secs/mins, then will be clear what risks are they facing, and can determine the required response.
