There is also a PARF floor of $5k. For van the ARF is only 5% .The EV incentive given (paid by NEA,presumably) used to be $30k over 3 years but changed to $15k upon purchase, after March 2023.There is no effect on van PARF which is low anyway 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
