even up north our neighbour also got new taxes.

from next year onward. any money transfer into my, MY gov will tax 3%

my worker already kpkb

HDB flats are on 99 years lease. Shouldn't the annual value be decreasing, just like the COE value of motor cars?

Why is the annual value increasing when the actual value of the flat is depreciating year after year?

When you sell it is treated as appreciating and not depreciating.

Actually we should be more happy when gov dun give us free money. Once u receive free money, u know its coming liao😅

 

thing is free money is periodically. But such increase is for life. Will never go back down one.

Price increase is inevitable, just as cost increases.  And company profit has to increase first before increasing salary.  It's a cyclical occurrence.
