hahaha if cashcard got deducted then why need to wrestle with the gantry to open ..

usually for a normal situation if the cashcard got deducted and gantry dont open, or if cannot read the cashcard, the instinct would be to call the intercom to ask for assistance instead of straightaway going to the gantry to manually open it ..

so it looks like this is the mindset of the driver already .. to go up to the gantry, dont even wait a few seconds to see if can read and deduct from cashcard .. but almost straightaway get out of car and manually open the gantry to avoid paying parking fee ..

I know someone who organized private donation drives to needies in the past. IRAS caught wind of it, open up his bank account and questioned him on every PayNow transactions down to the cents. He eventually got taxed a five-figure sum for all his past donations received as "business transactions" because he's not a registered charity. He quit doing such charity after the ordeal.

Surprised over 24 Hours,no Reckless Driving Reported,maybe due to Long Weekend,many went Overseas & the Reckless Drivers went in Malaysia...left the Good & Careful Drivers in our tiny Island.
