Percentage is a very misleading thing. MP $16k increase by 2% is $320 a month. Cleaner $1K 2% is $20. Whole year also cannot match the $320. Price increase, regardless of pay, amount the same for everyone. 😂

Charge extra for customised egg usage. Your egg may not be compatible with the wok.

Answer. Your egg might be rotten. I can't guarantee no food poisioning. I cant fried one pan for you alone only. Government will catch.

Current era I doubt there are still many stall around willing customer to bring along their own ingredients. Every ingredients there will be a margin mark up from egg, oil to soya sauce. Even dish washing detergent. 

In the old times we called its hawkering. Now we call it "entrepreneurship".
