Impossible to be 70k for cat b. I am seeing a 85 to 90k range.

Maybe you missed my "At least 70k", as cat E has already hit 71k. I have guessed 85k earlier for cat B..

I saw the at least but it won't be so low. Definitely above $80K. 

No offence but saying at least $70K is like saying at least $30K etc, not wrong but redundant.
