The details of the November 2021 1st open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

Tender opens: Monday, 1 November 2021, 12 noon
Tender closes: Wednesday, 3 November 2021, 4.00 pm
Tender results: Wednesday, 3 November 2021 (Available on the www.onemotoring.lta.gov.sg website)

The total quota available for this tender is 1,791 for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category A : Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 536
Category B : Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 587
Category D : Motorcycles => 417

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category C : Goods Vehicles and Buses => 92
Category E : Open Category => 159

Tesla authorised by buyers to bid up to 15% above the current COE. Seeing Teslas OTR regularly.  How strong is Tesla's order book remains to be seen

Nothing is impossible, perhaps all rush to buy before the cuts which resulted in the previous increase and this time round has less to bid for. 

But I doubt so leh, think dealers still have outstanding deals on G-COE to fulfill so think still up up ba
