The over emphasis on vaccination is not good in my opion. Vaccinated does not make you immune or will not transmit to a 3rd party. The general concept many have is, I am vaccined so I am now free and can do what I want.

Yep, and that's actually a really bad mindset to have 😞

With or without Vaccination, a lot of ppl are sick of lock up at home.

Without vaccination, the outcome is more grim.

I never say we should not get vacinated. To give the impression that 80% vaccinated can open up isn't a good idea. 80% are better protected should they get infected is the message.

We should thank all our public workers wholeheartedly for their services during this pandemic. Many of us can WFH but they can't, and they also have families to go home too.

In my view their salary is way too low.
We should adjust their salary and other benefits for those public workers who keep us safe, give us a clean environment, drive us around, respond to our emergencies and serving us in other areas. I know this means we have to pay for more fare and possibly higher tax but I think they deserve better. I'm sure some will say they sign up for these jobs willingly but this doesn't mean we should continue to underpay them. I feel leftish today.

Agree, G should be telling people to open up with protection to be more accurate. Anywhere, any activities not necessary to take out mask must be masked. But actually there is law lah. People must do it

Now, the only real open up is the office.

The rest is still rather restrictive.

With the ongoing bus captain clusters, many may start to think twice about taking buses for their commute....at least for the time being.

Luckily our MRT trains don't have drivers. 😅

Only TEL, CCL, NEL & DTL is driverless.

Both NEL & DTL has a person on trains just in case.

But then the Flu didn't result in Pandemic nor forced world wide lock downs and mask wearing.

Exactly. So does it make sense to even compare flu with covid at this moment and keep harping that flu kills more than covid?
