IMO camcar was not road hogging at the moment on the shown recording. It clearly shows the Vezel was just filtering to lane 2 and the accident happened 2 secs later.

By right, the driver should drive on the left as that was an overtaking lane. But the driver did not go left and it has got nothing to do with the crash. 😂

By the left, if you overtake, you are wrong. You crash, you are something more wrong.

By points awarded, the hogger is 1 awarded 1 point, the BMW who crashed got awarded 2 points, haha. So it is clear cut who is the winner. Argue some more, fine you more. Worse
