One thing I read his Reddit, he got say he got his own source for saying Singapore KTV underground and so on but will not reveal where he got from.

 

This led me to think that maybe he has friends in sg keep frequently go these ktv la. Even during the period where by right ktv are not allowed to operate, but these people still know where is the one to go as they still operate underground. That itself the source he got from do not represent the whole ktv but selected few. It only reflects on what his friend sees as in there are a lot of law abiding ktv also that his friends never see but they only see those underground one coz they only go these ktv. So that itself do not represent the whole picture. With that he still dares to wrote a Nikkei article? This is like blindsided by only the things that they see but neglect on things that they did not see.

At first I thought he was bitter because come back from overseas and cannot get a job befitting his educational qualifications.

Then the mothership article revealed the time-line and the possibility that he was likely forced to take up the blue-collar job only because there was already a criminal case hanging over him at that time, and so potential employers avoided him.
