A Premier League player has been arrested on suspicion of rape.

The player, who is in his late twenties, cannot be named for legal reasons.

He was arrested on Monday after a woman in her twenties reported an allegation of rape to the police.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told Stats Perform: "On July 4, an allegation of rape of a woman in her 20s was reported to police.

"It was reported the alleged rape happened in June 2022.

"On July 4, a man was arrested at an address in Barnet on suspicion of rape and taken into custody where he remains.

"Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing."

finish their recruitment fast,

very disappointed with chelsea, 

link with every stars,  but we got more players leaving then incoming

And they got really good players in too.

Roman was a really good owner.

Pumped a lot of his own money into the club.

They got interest in jesus. then jesus sign for asn.......

They say signing sterling ( i like this ) but until now haven unveil yet?? 

They want kounde since last season, suddenly no news liao, then they want de ligt, then fail also, then they want resign ake...... also no result. Now they switch to Kalidou Koulibaly ......

worst still i didnt see any plan at all for back up for reece james? they forget what happen last season after james got inj......

They they link with cr7 , then neyma, now suddenly want to fight man u for Frenkie de Jong ?🤮

And we lost raphinha to barc. the duck in our mouth liao, fly away 😭
