Meanmachine Supercharged July 2, 2021 Share July 2, 2021 Tried once more than a decade ago, don't find to useful, actually i found a better way of solving neck, spine issue. after every walk session, before i turn in, I will take a small cupful of D.O.M Benedictine Liquer, it contained 27 rare herbs, this unique properties perfectly distilled & aged. Bottom line , i can feel my body lighter as the liquor flow slowly to my feet area, making less strains on my affected neck, spine area as well and I slept well throughout. Beware of those cracking sounds made by these chiropractor, it may break your neck / spine nerves in long term.

Not all can be seen. Need a experienced master to be able find and catch the veins Once the master manage to catch veins, the veins will be pulled and pushed to encourage blood circulation not easy to find such masters

Meanmachine Supercharged July 3, 2021 Share July 3, 2021 @Tianmo True, no sexism existed, we men work harder especially those whom does heavy work like loading and unloading work and delivery men or high density workers . To each their own, some feels Yomei suits them, I can accept D.O.M since it a LIQUEUR

I do muay thai and BJJ 3 to 5 times a week depending on schedule, but maybe aging I kinda get a lot of lower back pain the last 2 years. 3 months ago I started Chiropractor, doing adjustment 2x per week, anyway since now covid also wont be going holiday or biz trips. so far no more bad pain and feel more "flexible". in short I enjoy the 5min adjustment session 2x per week and feel better overall and have slight improvements in my posture Edited July 3, 2021 by D3badge

Any good recommendations for lower back and shoulder pains? now then see this. how bad is your pain? I had bit back pain in mid Jan this year, tot it's some regular muscular strain, took muscle relaxant for a few days. It didn't go away, and doc sent me for x-ray, which showed the bones were ok. When the pain persisted despite giving stronger painkiller, the GP suggested MRI, but I asked to refer to a orthopaedic instead. The ortho initially said might only be a tear but ordered MRI in any case. During the (long) wait, the pain got worse and at one point i was thinking of going A&E, but instead took the strong painkiller again to relieve the pain. Finally went for MRI, and it showed i had 2 slipped discs at L4/L5 and L5/S1. Took doc's advice and went for operation in mid Apr, and had 2 months' MC in total, and just went back to work couple weeks ago... Hope yours is not as bad, but if the pain persists, do go for an MRI to ascertain the cause. ↡ Advertisement
