Fooblack Supercharged July 8, 2021 Share July 8, 2021 dun noe whether to be happy or sad.. but most of our 1st team players in the Euros and Copa so far are more squad and bit part players. Hendro and Thiago are used as impact players and although England's game with Denmark went into extra time, Hendro was only introduced after 90 min. For Firmino, Fabinho and even Alisson, they hardly start the games at Copa. Brazil is in the final for this sunday however the playing minutes of these Pool players are not very heavy. Hence, on another perspective, they should not be too burnt out and definitely less risks for injuries. The bad news is that it is not very likely that these players still in these competitions until Sunday, they all face a race against time to get a holiday/vacation in before the start of the season. They may unlikely feature in the 1st 1-2 weeks of the season. ↡ Advertisement

Fooblack Supercharged July 9, 2021 Share July 9, 2021 very funny news that Pep openly declared that City cannot afford to buy another striker in this inflated market. I am pretty sure that by the end of the window, he would have signed 1 or more forwards.. He just failed to deliver the UCL with Kun.. can't imagine him setting still with his squad and trying to challenge for the UCL status quo.

Pep wants the player and at a cheaper price.. Think Kane will likely move on... hard to see him staying on Spurs and not getting his hands on trophies.. if England wins the Euros, maybe he can think at least he has 1 winner medal.. finally.
Jamesc Hypersonic July 9, 2021 Share July 9, 2021 Liverpool no carrot Liverpool have told Wolves they are willing to pay up to £25million for Adama Traore, Football Insider has learned. This site broke the news on Wednesday (7th July) that Jurgen Klopp’s side have made a surprise enquiry for the forward, 25, this summer. The Merseysiders are willing to pay £20-25m for the super-quick wide man, while Wolves are now valuing him at £50m. That is some way off the £70m the Midlands club wanted for Traore last year on the back of his outstanding 2019-20 campaign.

Pool looking for 50% discount GSS? sorry, even as loyal fan, this is a bit low ball. Traore can't play a full 90min at Wolves... wonder how is he going to do that with Pool as our press is even more demanding... first thing to do may be to lose some weight? 2
