i always see the mamils here very garang when meet cars and lorries on the road, can challenge bumper kicking some more.. when meet cardboard only crash?

I always feel that spectators should be kept a distance away from racers (e.g. cyclists, rally car drivers, drag racer, etc.) in any race, for the safety of both parties.

You just need to Google rally accident and many crash videos will popped up. In the case of this idiot spectator, I hope she will be found and charged, to send a strong signal to others.

Too close for comfort ………Dumb and Dumber wanted cheap publicity  …….and for those bikers on clips …. It’s not easy to stop / release foot from pedals in that melee ……… I witnessed one casualty here in Sg itself about 8-10 years back ….. OCBC one whilst a rider was negotiating a “U turn” near SAFRA resort and failed to calculate slowdown - fell badly and brought down others behind him ………succumbed  ……. was quite gory ….. I was like maybe about 3minutes behind him ….. organizers were running helter skelter to slow everyone else behind

Totally agree. I have seen similarly stupid acts at London Marathons, the now defunct A1Gran Prix demo race in London, F1 Grand Prix street demo, etc... Bound to have such people wanting attention by doing stupid thing like running across the road when the race cars are approaching, etc.

This accident reminds me of a marathon event few years back, when the lead runner was slowed down by spectators / supporters.

i thought i saw in many athletic competition the winners mostly take the flag after the run is over.

how stupid can the organisers be?? at least put the flag after the finish line. and if the runner win, they can do what the hell they want. use it to wipe their a55 or wave it.

but do it before the finish line is just retarded
