Confirmed she would not be sued - she was facing away from the approaching cyclists. 

Stupid yes, criminal no. You can't outlaw stupidity. 

If it were to be USA, many lawyers would probably help her sue the organiser for allowing her to go onto the road and for her sprained wrist.

Being stupid doesn't mean she can't be sued. Civil courts do not look at whether her act was stupid or not.

sue also hard la... probably a moment of naive stupidity... probably no money to pay compensation too..
