I was using S&W .38 during my NS. They were already talking about changing to Glock 19 at that time.

Actually I very much prefer they use a lighter pistol than the glock 19, like HK45 and S&W M&P. The nature of the police work, also with ladies officers, and other barang barang they carry, it is better for them to go light in my view. We are Asians and we can never run fast with weight on our waist.

I only ever shot the p226... tot it quie heavy too

When fully loaded, anything will be heavy. Long long time ago we did SOC with full load of dummy blue mags and 2 water bottle. Really killer!
