Discrepancies in used car odometer with AD record

I may like to advise TS to double check the ODOMETER reading, in case it was an apple-to-orange comparison which could have lead to one possible misunderstanding as illustrated below:

Figures below are arbitrary:

During AD Check:
Trip A: 500 km
Trip B: 5000 km
Odometer: 10,000 km

During AD Servicing
Trip A: 1500 km
Trip B: 6000 km
Odometer: 11,000 km

Did TS use Trip B's mileage to compare against his 10k ODOMETER reading?
Then proceed to consult the AD Servicing department on why his mileage is so low as compared to purchased condition?
Service executive might have given a template advice (Without checking further) to TS to check with the dealer in case of tampering since some suspicion was brought up.
