Issue with starhub simcard

Anyone on Starhub sim. Got this problem whereby 4G data will suddenly stop working.

Then after awhile. It works again. But during down time.. whatsapp msg cannot come in

Try hard resetting your phone.

Ive read thro Stathub community posts. Apparently, some other SH users also have this problem.

My 2nd sim card in my phone (TPG).. is ok !!

So, now bobianz.. wait till Dec 2021.. will end SH contract. Go for sim only plan with Orange camp.

could be physical sim card problem or phone problem. when you lose 4G, are you still connected to starhub network?

rotate your sim cards. If still cannot get starhub to change new sim card.

Have went SH to get 1 new sim. Put in phone. Same problem. It shows 4G signal is strong but just couldnt surf or send whatsapp msg.

If got time, wait like 2 to 3mins. 4g data signal comes back n can surf. But after like 15mins. Data down again. This issue reported by other SH users also ive read in SH community page. But the thread ended with no solutions haha

Could be phone problem. Usually SIM card have nothing to do with reception.
