$160-$180 is all in or just labour cost? 😅 Plumber charges not cheap, also dont know how they charge de. Even changing a basic tap can pay around $200, if include the parts, the labour and transport fees.

Thank lucky star it has not reached the rate of a junior lawyer per hour. If it does I will be a plumber as a retirement job....

How come Shopee ones 34mm/40mm but Bro FCW75's only 27mm/24mm?

34mm/40mm is for the kitchen sink tap screw, which he doesn't need for toilet tap.  The toilet sink tap screw is same size as the connector, just need the 24mm/27mm.

For kitchen sink tap, will need the smaller one to disconnect  the hose, and the bigger one to unscrew the tap. [laugh][laugh][laugh]

Oh my bad, just need the 24/27mm can liao. 24mm for the nut at the end of the connector and the screw for the toilet sink tap. Kitchen sink tap screw is use the 27mm side.  I bought in a  pair, so in my mind is always use both, but the smaller one never use before. [laugh][laugh][laugh]

No need the 34mm/40mm whench.  Other tools include an adjustable plier or spanner,  that's about it. ^_^

I had to replace the tap again, bcuz this plastic locknut broke. It's 27mm

But my line is more complicated, so I needed more tools. I used open wrench 21mm, 23mm, 24mm, 27mm.

This tool is very useful for the undersink tap.

Bought a 24-27 box spanner from the DIY shop. They don't have the plastic multi-tool version.

It really depends on the clearance and access underneath...mine is a tight space with a double bowl and I have no vertical wrench...What I did was...use an open end spanner large enough to hold the nut in its position at an angle underneath the faucet...turn the entire faucet assembly in counter direction to loosen the lock position...i tink I can earn up to 10k also...😁

Buy from Shopee...maybe try a local seller.

You might need a couple of adjustable spanners more, depending on the work.

Not the best quality, but cheap and does the job, hopefully.
