Pls advice . Car Honda Civic . Michelin made in Thailand vs Dunlop made in japan . Which is better ? Price about the same . Woman driver no speeding max on highway 100 only .

Michelin. So far is no horse run regardless or where it is made.

Just changed to Michelin Primacy4 yesterday. Also made in Thailand. Previously was only Thailand XM2. XM2 clocked almost 60k (2.5 years).

Imho, it is not fair just to compare the brand alone. The model is equally, if not more, important.

not only model.

what priority the driver is looking at is also very important.

lasting? comfort? low noise? dry grip? wet grip?

dunlop is also a very old and prestige brand for tyres,

to say hands down michelin is better is unfair to me.

Lasting is important so save money . Good grip but I am not speedster .
