@Phang GPS does not have that accuracy to pinpoint the location of a car down to an exact location - there is always an error which at best is +- 3m radius, and at worst in cloudy or inclement weather, of +-100m ...

So it's quite obvious they are not going to rely on GPS for anything that requires pinpoint precision...

But the new ERP unit comes with 4G signals too. They can triangulate the 4G signal and using GPS signals, the accuracy will be almost perfect. If they had other add-on relay equipment like land survey records, no horse run liao. But not sure if they are incorporating all these data together lah.

loading / unloading bays nowadays are like default PHV parking lots, esp if its near a coffeeshop. 

LTA / HDB need to send more people to walk the ground lah, sit aircon orpic cannot see how people chut pattern at car parks one lah.

Just install cameras, take video using AI, WhatsAop/SMS the photo and fine amount within 5 minutes.  All can be done without those lazy fellows.  Wait - they are too lazy or too smart to think of solutions to made themselves redundant.
